Our first priority in being here is to learn and grow. And based on that we can create new and different possibilities for our life. Or not.
That being the case, there is no such thing as destiny. Though there are certain fixed experiences/meetings with specific people we may choose in advance of coming here.
When people speak of 'it was my destiny' it's as if something is ordained to be. I don't think that's true if we are choosing to ordain or not ordain it. Some say 'my destiny picked me'. But wasn't it all just each individual's choice to pick or be picked...? Or did HS/God just 'take' the person?
A certain end point may already have been decided upon. But all the rest is just choice and then consequences of those choices, as I see it. At any or all levels of our our being and whether or not we're aware of them.
How we get to that end point is our own affair. God's not going to rescue us from the free will He's given us to choose. That's the long and short of it, I suppose.
The awareness by 'onion layer' shedding and revealing process is generally a slow and painful one. And what affects one, affects all. [Read Lisa's most recent blog, Cathars In France, revealing our collective history and it's impact on us in the now. A definitive part of the onion layer shedding that's only just been discovered]
And I guess the more times you've been here on Earth, the greater the amnesia of your real Self. As if the many lives/experiences serve to separate you further, instead of bringing you closer to knowing your true Self.
When seeking stops and knowing begins. Now that's the start of a whole new existence. THAT'S the paradigm shift.
Anyway, I love this approach of Lisa's in the piece below apropos a workable method of increasing awareness of ourselves, our motivations and our feeling body, etc. You may find something useful in it, too.
Real Embodiment only happens when the
higher consciousness bodies are able to come into the physical realm,
which means to fully align, embody and seat within the physical body
itself. Currently, the structural changes as a result of the bifurcation
within the past, present and future planetary realms, impacts all human
beings towards greater embodiment levels of their soul, monadic and
higher spiritual layers.
Embodiment is about becoming more
conscious and aware about our body and mind, and how they really
function together in direct partnership with our consciousness access
level. As we ascend, we are becoming more self-aware in a first-person
experience that is recognizing more of what is actually happening within
our body and mind, at the same time we are traveling within a group
consciousness experience. Through dedicated self-observation we can pay
attention to many different layers of consciousness patterns, reactions
and stimulus that are occurring simultaneously and extend throughout the
physical, mental, emotional or spiritual bodies. The earlier stages of
authentic embodiment levels are dependent on developing self-awareness,
as the more deeply we know ourselves, and we know our body and how its
functions, the deeper we can go into the spiritual embodiment stages. If
we do not observe our deepest motivations, self-talk and pay attention
to our bodily reactions, we cannot truly know ourselves and this
generates inner disconnection that blocks the integrative embodiment
process.
Embodiment begins to happen within the
consciousness layers as one becomes more self-aware of what the body is
doing during a variety of different contexts that we encounter in life.
These are the situations, experiences, relationships, our memories and
history, the social and cultural lenses that we filter through our
personality to make sense of the world. Through all of these layers of
context that we are exposed, we have many memories and beliefs recorded
in our physical body and nervous system from the experiences that come
with those sensations and feelings, that are all interconnected.
Thus Embodiment goes hand in hand with
dedicated self-awareness and by making the commitment to be in the
observer consciousness, to watch and listen to our body and mind by
paying attention to exactly what it is doing and feeling in the moment
to moment. We learn that the mind’s contents and beliefs will reflect in
our unconscious or automatic reactions to any external stimulus, and
thus we observe these reactions, because we want to know ourselves more
deeply in order to be free of unconscious blockages that thwart
embodiment.
The first stage of authentic embodiment
begins with moments of saturating concentrated focus upon the present
moment awareness of the body’s sensations, whereby recognizing the
body’s language, feelings and reactions are the sum reflection of the
buried contents of the mind. Automatic reactions in our body can notify
us of deeper context and belief that are carried within some area of the
mind and this content takes shape within the form of the body’s
posture, gestures or movements in some way. Most people are disconnected
from the unified relationship that exists between their body and the
layers of their mind, and so cultivating deeper awareness of the body’s
sensations and movements, while noting complex deeper feelings that
arise is important in developing self-awareness, as well as progressing
into the stages of the higher embodiment process.
When we cultivate body awareness in this
way, it allows us to make positive growth changes in ourselves, because
from observation, we have become aware of what we needed to change to
become healthier or more balanced. It is nearly impossible to make
positive changes in our lives when we are not aware of the changes we
need to make, because we are unconscious of the areas that need
improvement. If a person has little body awareness, combined with little
self-awareness of the consequences of their thoughts and actions, they
generally remain unconscious to what they need to do in order to free
themselves from pain or to better help themselves.
Consequently, developing self-awareness
in the present moment by paying attention to the body is the key to
making positive changes within ourselves that can ripple positive
impacts, that greatly improve the quality of our lives. As we have more
present moment body awareness we start to experience the physical body
we inhabit, knowing that it is the vehicle for our mind, consciousness
and spirit to express through in order to travel through time.
Everything we experience has greater purpose for lessons and gaining
knowledge about the inner spirit traveling in the material world. As we
start to experience this inner knowing as a reality in our day to day
life, we become more embodied, connecting with higher aspects that find
expression through us that expand our consciousness. We are continually
growing by learning more about ourselves and embracing change in the
process of being more deeply authentic.
Embodiment means to feel how it feels to be in your body and to be
conscious of those feelings, paying attention to recurring patterns that
may be disempowering and limiting. Only when we can see these patterns
and how they influence us, we can change them.
Dedicate to explore improved body awareness through observation of
sensations, feelings and experiences that are happening in your body
moment to moment. Pay attention to impressions that you feel in bodily
movements and reactions, where does your body hold stress and constrict?
Where in your body do you feel more relaxed and open? What can you do
to more deeply connect with your bodily awareness?
Slow down and find ways to move your body that feels positive and
joyful, such as dancing, swimming, deep breathing, connecting with
nature and allowing something harmless to feel pleasurable and be
enjoyable.
Practice and explore what it means to be embodied by being authentic
and true to your experience in any context that you may find yourself.
Your experiences are valid and important in the authentic embodiment
process. When we deny feelings and experiences we’ve had, we deny the
truth, which blocks embodiment.
Make the commitment to become fully embodied by being as authentic
and truthful as you can be in all circumstances. As you grow and change,
your version of authentic expression will also continue to grow and
change. Accept change as necessary for continual authentic embodiment.
Disregard labels of acceptable or nonacceptable themes that describe
terms that are spiritual, conscious or awakened, in the positive or
negative. Instead focus fully on really what you are feeling in the
moment and finding the most authentic and compassionate expression for
it.
Pay attention to your reactions in your body as they reveal places
where you still may be hiding something from yourself and others because
you are afraid. Be willing to face what it is that you may be hiding
and attempt to describe it so you can learn to overcome the fear that
feeds it.
When people in our life such as friends or family members are
relating to us in past images or inauthentic ways, gently invite them to
know the real you, share something that is your authentic self and then
ask them to be real with you. In the embodiment process, we want to
relate with others who also value authenticity and support this path
along with us.
Participate in body awareness centered activities. Research
therapies and educational material online that may be highly supportive
now. Find areas that interest you, such as body work, fascial and tissue
release, somatic therapy, methods that focus on embodying presently
through grounding, breathing, posture, perceptual awareness,
hydrotherapy, neutral mind and meditation.
When we allow ourselves to be totally
honest with how we are feeling in our body, we can be present to the
embodiment process and then we can start to observe those places that
need our love and attention, so they can heal and recover. The body
informs us when something is not healthy and that something in our body
or life needs to change in order to rebalance and heal. Thus we need to
learn to love and connect into our body while listening to the body’s
messages, tuning into what the body needs to keep us balanced, healthy
and embodied.

New Era Relationship : The Q & A Of Intimate Intelligence
DNA awakening and spiritual/consciousness expansion are reliant on our emotional intelligence (EI) for growth. Our intimate relationships perfectly mirror the work that we’ve done, as well as what still needs doing towards greater integration and balance within. [E]motion (energy in motion) is our prime navigational tool. Here's a space to ask and explore everything you ever wanted to know on how to do relationships that return you to your own power...
(I will be going into some of these Q's in depth in upcoming relationship articles, as this space only provides for short responses)
Q:Our relationship seems to have entered the mundane;we no longer inspire each other, we take each other for granted, are not open or honest in the way we once were with each other and distance and misstrust seems to have set in. What can we do?
A:Because you haven't said any different, I'm assuming there are no external factors that may have contributed to your current relationship experience. Road blocks like these can help us reconnect in a more authentic way. First to ourselves and then to our partners. Perhaps our initial connection with each other was based on the other making us feel ‘safe’ and ‘complete’. And when we have that we often become comfortable and complacent. Which often invites stagnation in in turn. We need to ask: ‘Where are the places within where we don’t feel safe and complete. And why?’. As this is what motivated our need to be filled up externally in the first instance. You may want to blame something or someone outside of yourself for what is occurring. But the best contribution you can make to your relationship healing now is to explore where and when you stopped feeling safe, trusting and started feeling incomplete in your history. Once aware, memories trapped in your emotional bodies that have created such imbalances can begin being brought up for release. This will eventually lead to a more ‘whole’ relationship response by you. Here you'll have more of you to bring to a relationship and less needs to be filled by another. New era relationships avoid power imbalances, so having a partner who is equally responsible for him/herself emotionally is crucial to its success.
Q: How much damage can resentment (from one or both partners) create in a relationship? And is this repairable if it has been going on for many years?
A: Resentment is like a cancer that can eat away at the core of all that remains good in your togetherness. If you don’t understand it and allow it. It produces numerous symptoms, ranging from anger to withdrawal. As with much else that creates relationship havoc, it is a result of dishonesty and mistrust - mostly of the Self. Yet, to heal it is necessary to explore and purge this slow-cooking (e)motion at cause to ensure the relationship's forward movement. Rather than managing a symptom or two only to have resentment return down the line. If this happens, you'll know the root cause was not reached sufficiently. Additionally, acknowledging, separating, returning and fully owning which issues belong to whom, energetically-speaking, is the start of honouring the Self. Because the chief relationship that runs our external ones is the inner one we have first with our Selves.
A decades-long preparation is about to pay off...I can feel it!
I believe the future of all of our choosing is about to begin.
I've never been convinced that being positive and performing rituals which comfort can alone answer the requirements of what's energetically needed to free ourselves from the 3rd Dimension/Fear Matrix. And the downside is these sometimes serve to keep us in that holding pattern of denial or idealism. I think of myself as an optimistic realist! Especially when I real-ised the work involved in growing ourselves.
To answer this need I developed EmoAlchemy - a variation of the ancient mystery school teachings. Like the alchemy of old which involved the transmutation of base metals into gold, taking full advantage of the current Ascension offerings requires the turning of base emotional states into (the gold of) higher frequency ones. It means constantly reviewing, releasing and integrating imbalanced parts of yourself in order to have a physically-successful effect on your biology, subsequently 'awakening' your dormant DNA.
And part of what we're needing to survive Earth's rising frequencies at this time.
This year I've received loads of questions about the inner earth humans, life in their cities and their relationship to us. Of course, there have been some who have told me outright that I need to get myself to the nearest nuthouse asap! :-) But seriously, rather than relay what I've learned through an article, I thought it would be great to facilitate direct dialogue between you via channelled responses. To get the ball rolling, send your question/s so everyone can benefit. If you're thinking about it, chances are so is someone else!
Q (KN): Do the inner earth beings need my help?
A
Q (SK): How on earth can humans survive in the inner earth? Isn't it too hot, and dark?
A (Bohar): Your governments have farmed out so-called 'official lines' to top scientists and geophysicists to convey to the public on such questions. This is mostly the (dis)information that makes the mainstream media and helps decide public opinion on this and other topics. Yet, there's a growing group of independent scientists who understand and accept the earth as being a hollow entity. Rather than hot malten magma at the earth's core, heat is generated by our sun. You will find our Agarthan crystalline cities hundreds of miles into the interior. Powered by an inner earth sun, it creates both perfect warmth and light for our sustenance. Gravity, as you know it, ceases to exist - which accounts for our living in a timeless/ageless existence. Close to the surface entrances are a system of caverns. All manner of non 5th Dimensional beings reside there and yes, it is dark and dank in places. Q (Jules): How do we get there and what mode of transport do you use?
A (Bohar):Numerous surface folk have tried to access the inner earth via various means over the past centuries. However, recently we've had to seal entrances in greater measure to prevent harm being inflicted on us by surface dwellers- mostly shadow government groups. Those that do come here either have a soul contract to do so or come due to to the upstanding nature of their character, which warrants access.
We, ourselves, get around via our underground monorail vehicles or via our space shuttles when we leave this sphere. Here we make use of various surface entrances/exits including the North and South Poles. Q (Jules): I'm studying photography. Is it possible to capture images of your world with our digital camera technology, should we ever be able to visit?
A (Bohar):We would only need to make some minor adjustment to your cameras to make them inner earth-friendly. We would also make another camera adjustment on your departure. Other than that, we see no problem with capturing images of our world, much as you do on the surface.
