SK & B CHRONICLES: SOVEREIGN LOVE

Being sovereign is nothing more or less than fully owning all aspects of yourself, your creations and thus your life. A state that will be essential to building and running a successful society on the new earth.
I have chosen to call intimate love based on the same as the 'sovereign love experience.'

My friend B (currently on ship) and I have been exploring aspects of this together in our chats and the various obstacles in our path to achieving this on the earth.
Our history together spans intergalacticly and trans dimensionally and we were together at the beginning of time.

SK & B Chronicles: The Ties That Bind

SK: From your perspective, B, what are some of the ties that bind us, preventing us from feeling and thus being liberated in our personal relationships?

B: Where to begin…that’s a big question, you know. Do u want to narrow it down a bit?

SK: Remember my friendship with G & C until they left earlier this year? How about the advice she used to ask me for - re their marriage?

B: Yes, ok. Like the ‘obligation and duty can kill the life purpose’ sort of advice you gave?

SK: Yes.

B: Well, in your world the duty and obligation that you feel pressured to express is confused with morality and ethics, very often. Those sorts of qualities are bred into you, conditioned in from your personal upbringing and family values, societally, etc. But then as adults – to recognise that they are ‘ties that bind’ rather than the ethical and moral principles you believe them to be – take some sifting and a deeper self awareness. It becomes a process to ALLOW YOURSELF to re-cog-nise that principles, morality and ethics taught by your world and NOT your inner voice/compass – can be more limiting and destructive long term than it is liberating to the HS, to your souls and the experiences they wish for you to have as the highest forms of expression.

SK: In the vast majority of cases, these are often the reasons people stay together in their relationships.

B: Yes they are. Or have been so far. But all that’s about to change when the focus for existence does on your world. And people will know it then in no uncertain terms.

SK: I’m presuming no such limitations exist where you come from and where you’ve personally been in your own relationships?

B: No. We don’t choose to experience this and therefore don’t know of such limitations. But we watch you on earth struggling with yours and long for you to be free of that type of suffering. For us, there is total commitment in the moment to who we are with in our relationships. Whether we’re in a sacred partnership (the equivalent of a committed marriage) or not. And honesty with one another about how we’re feeling every step of the way is prerequisite.

SK: But then I suppose you also don’t have this sense of holding back in personal relationships that many on earth have because they are trying to ‘avoid hurting another’. Which to my mind is really another way of saying ‘I can’t or don’t want to deal with that level of honesty with another because I can’t deal with it in myself’. As you know, I’ve never successfully been able to pull off that approach. I need to have it straight up and have the freedom to deliver it that way too. Which I see as an accelerated means to growing.

B: Well, there are many aspects of you that never got grounded out, to use that expression, into separation from your source self in this incarnation. Some aspects of your multi-dimensional nature were embedded so strongly that you could not forget in your living experience. And so you express this, as one of these.

SK: Some more personal stuff is exchanged further at this point between us...

SK: Let’s chat about understanding the energy at play between yourself and another. For instance, how easily we believe we’re ‘in love’, when we could be infatuated, in ‘lust’ or in what I’m calling contract/agreement with another, including a karmic arrangement. And how easily confused we become trying to pigeon hole what it is we’re feeling, but not really knowing.

B: And add to that the necessity of knowing yourself, as a means of gaining more clarity on what it is you’re feeling and sharing with another. Yes, it can all be very confusing...the love and romantic attractions you have for one another.
Not helped by your world’s media providing very narrow definitions about what love is and isn’t between two people. So, you really have very little to go on in understanding what’s at play. And then most people’s inner compasses are pretty dead or obliterated, so they don’t pay attention there, either. All in all, it’s a case of the blind leading the blind for the most part.

SK: How can we remedy this on the new earth. For we must if we are to go forward as healthier individuals choosing more appropriate partners. How does it work that side?

B: Well, of course we have none of the obstructions in our path and vision. And we are always and first in touch with ourselves and our inner guidance as to who is ‘right’ for us. And whether there are things to share at that deeper, intimate level. Because we have a 100% connection 100% of the time with ourselves first, there really isn’t much discernment to be made or done. We just know what is or isn’t right for us.

To be continued...

THE ROAD TO SOVEREIGN RELATIONSHIP

THE ROAD TO SOVEREIGN RELATIONSHIP

Shellee-Kim Gold

Sovereignty is a state of complete self-governance. Self-governance ultimately means ownership of and being responsible for your every thought, feeling, word and action. And to understand the consequences thereof energetically.

Giving aspects of your personal power away to anyone or anything is counter to this process. And so it was I came to yet another realisation that too much co-dependent interaction with my celestial/galactic/inner earth friends can do as much damage in deterring me from my path, as any other physical relationship can.

This was triggered while reading a channelled message by Eve on abundanthope.org from Inner Earth priest, Adama. He was chatting about the many surface women that feel they have a special connection to him personally, intimately. And he went a ways to explaining how this has little to do with him and everything to do with how we surface humans interpret things, feeding fantasies in the process.

I thanked Eve personally for being the catalyst for this realization within.
As I had been doing something similar with Lady Nada for some time. Not to say we don’t have a relationship. We do. But it was in my allowing something of a co-dependancy to develop that became a source of personal power leakage for me, detracting from my quest for personal sovereignty in the process. Somehow I’d put too much store into this one. And as I didn’t want to take on her or anyone else’s energetic signature as a sovereign co-creator, it was time to make some changes.

Bringing the situation back into balance meant re-evaluating and assessing my relationship with all my Invisible Friends of the Light. And so there was a necessary period of disconnection. Because what was really happening at a deeper level was I was beginning to reconnect with my Golden Angel/Higher Self in a much more profound and necessary way. This came to me in retrospect.

The relationship with our Golden Angels is perhaps the most significant relationship we can have and who’s guidance will ensure our safety and survival in both the immediate and long-term future. And one that is therefore worth putting much energy into developing, working with and listening to.

Once we nurture this relationship and to the degree we’re able to surrender our ego self to our GA’s, we are more automatically able to live, experience and express the Christ and God within. In our thoughts, feelings, words and actions.

So, this is my personal priority right now. Particularly as I’ve been hearing often lately: ‘You are about to step into your own shoes. Are you prepared’? And ‘Are you ready to take that giant leap of faith’?
This has been accompanied by the following image, given to me repeatedly:
I’m at the edge of a high clifftop, so high I cannot see to the bottom. And I fall off it. As I free fall I’m aware there’s a gigantic safety bubble that I’ll land softly and safely on top of, should I fall all the way down. Yet, as I fall invisible hands are immediately at my side, under my arms and at my waist, guiding me upwards. At a particular moment, they give me a massive thrust and I take off, suddenly extending my own previously-unseen wings, exhilaratingly flying upwards…

The past weeks this image has changed a little. Now it’s me more consciously jumping off the cliff, rather than just falling off of it. I’m taking it as a sign of progress, as I’m owing more of my actions in what I believe is required of me here.
Ultimately, I feel this is about letting go and surrendering all of my lower will, fears, limits and beliefs of the negative ego to my GA. Then my lower will may take her rightful place as servant to my GA, for the first time in this lifetime. And thus may our experience as true Co-creators begin.
Until then, the continued resolving of aspects of Self in separation or still subject to duality must continue towards unity consciousness or full consciousness.

During a recent quick tele chat with one from another dimension, they referred to the reaching of full consciousness as ‘completing upon oneself’ and said this is the starting point for 5th dimensional consciousness.
The phrase has become my flavour-of-the-year catchphrase.  We were discussing intimate relationships and some choices I've had to make again recently. Ultimately, I chose to go with what my GA wants for us as that will bring the best and highest possible outcome for this life's plan.

When you have 'completed upon yourself’ (ie integrated all divisions within), you cannot be with someone who hasn't. It would be a non-match of vibrations. And ultimately unbalanced. Which in turn would breed all manner of difficulties.

Karen Danrich (of ascendpress.org) has a magnificent take on the new intimate relationships. She looks at a kind of ‘before’ and ‘after’ of such relationships and what the new ones will need to encompass for the greater good of the Whole, for those who choose to go there.

So while we’re still busy getting there and completing upon ourselves (told you it was my current flavourite!)and in readiness for the Other in our lives, I’ve discovered the best thing to do is the following: ask yourself what motivates the burning and yearning to be with some else in an intimate relationship is.
You know, those moments when you feel incredibly lonely and don’t believe you can go on, unpartnered.
Then intend with your helpers of the Light for the underlying cause (of those needs) to be brought up for you consciously and, once recognized, intend to release it. Thus this will integrate another aspect of your Wholeness that was previously lost to you.

Work this technique on all intimate relationship needs that come up, distracting you. When you’ve done this successfully, you’ll know. Then the waiting for that special person and the loneliness you felt regularly will seemingly have disappeared, as if by magic!

This comes from someone who’s been in this space for as long as she’s been single in this cycle, which is…so long, she's forgotten! 

GROWING OUR NEW (EARTH) RELATIONSHIP

Shellee-Kim Gold

The start of the new earth and the re-building of humanity is right around the very next corner.
And it’s going to take more than magic wands and miracles to right eons of human wrongs. Particularly the wrongs we've done ourselves.

Mother Earth will be needing as many people as possible who honour and love themselves sufficiently to journey with her in this great, forthcoming adventure.

Unity consciousness can only begin with one heart and mind at a time. And I believe it is only when a substantial amount of us will be living lives anchored in states of unity and balance within ourselves that the ripple effect will have a decent chance of taking hold amongst the majority. Then we'll be able to see real change at work between all sentient species on the planet.

For that ripple to spread, an increasing amount of us need to first and foremost be developing and nurturing the greatest personal relationship available to us on this planet...the one with ourselves!

Though rewards for having an harmonious relationship with ourselves are many, journeying to get there is no mean feat. In fact, even when we get 'there', to that space of maintaining a mostly-balanced state of unity consciousness, we will still continue on; learning, integrating, chipping, polishing, refining ourselves. We are truly works in progress.

If we don't go out on a limb, however, we cannot have the fruit. And the conscious intent and awareness required to continuously be directing self within to review our daily interactions with ourselves and others requires the W-word. W.O.R.K.
And did I mention the lion-hearted courage it takes? Many of the places we need to go to within for what I call polarity-resolution are not exactly pretty. For me personally: I've had my fair share with that little critter called denial from early on. One of the toughest fear-based responses. Get passed that one and you are well on the way to taking actual responsibility for the issue/pattern at hand.

Our consistent efforts to find and return all the 'lost' parts of ourselves toward our inner wholeness is the immediate goal. Raising our frequencies in this way to become living gods is why we are here. This is consciousness expansion in action. And the more highly-evolved beings (both in and out of body) apparently agree with this sentiment. In the process, we're gifting back our Higher Selves by making those choices most in alignment with the highest possible outcome for this lifetime.

Improving our relationship with ourselves means becoming conscious of the game we have come to this planet of free will to play and experience. And accepting polarity consciousness is a part of the package deal.

We are all subject to polarity within our psyches and worlds on an ongoing basis. The ego-judgement mind of separation: good/bad, right/wrong, dark/light, etc. When investigating a destructive pattern or feeling within us this can almost always be traced back to some judgement (and hence unforgiveness) of ourselves we have locked ourselves into over time.

Scoring soul brownie points, as it were, means working to resolve our inner polarities enough where we can gradually enter the state of neutralised light, once a particular issue is healed and our mental/emotional body is returned to greater balance. I like that term best, although there are others. To me, neutralised light aptly describes that we have authentically moved ourselves beyond the polarity within on that specific issue and its underlying cause.

I’ve spent decades of my existence thus far getting to understand myself by who I'm not; a process of elimination. Yet it still requires consistent discernment and excruciating self-honesty to know that I have moved into neutralised light on an issue.
This is where an outside source can become an excellent means of monitoring personal progress – through mirroring.
It doesn’t have to be an intimate partner – even strangers in supermarket queues will do. Of course, we don’t allow ourselves to be vulnerable in the same manner with strangers as we do with our intimate partners. But the real point of the exercise is to watch our mental-emotional responses pertaining to the issue/pattern we’ve just been busy investigating.

It is all our bodies, including emotional and mental bodies, that need aligning in order to activate more of our DNA, raising our frequencies further. So every time we have a ‘negative’ emotional charge response (irritation, anger, feelings of disempowerment, etc) to someone or something external, these provide major clues that we have not completed the work on the particular issue in question.
When no negative charge is triggered in the same situation we can be confident that we have successfully integrated.
Observing our emotional responses to the person or situation always provides major clues to our true inner state.
Issues can also carry ‘symptomatic’ associations and feelings with them, which may not appear to be directly linked to the issue/pattern. So you’ll likely need to delve further.

A potential pitfall to successful integration here can be our beloved monkey minds. Because our egos/inner child often feels seriously threatened and resistant to this work of merging with and loving ourselves more deeply, it could convince us we have arrived at resolution point when we may not have. Subsequently, we may be distracted by a charismatic person, a book’s teaching or something else during the initial review stage.
Such distractions have convinced many new age fluff bunnies that by the practice of rituals or be-lie-fs from various schools of thought, they have overcome the issue/pattern and arrived at a new space within as long as they remember to ‘stay positive’.
I interpret this as: remaining in denial from the deeper aspects of self that need work, as above. Ditto when it comes to ‘staying humble’=feeling holy?. Although a sought-after quality by both religions and the new age, this pitfall is merely another encouraged means to keep the self small, unacknowledged and subsequently unloved by us.
Being held in limitation to a place, person or event in memory through parasitic entity cordings are another subtle but powerful means of keeping us separated from self and our personal power. [Which I'll tackle in the follow up piece]

The whole point of living in neutralised light is to retrieve our authentic power so we can live and share it, not swop one state of powerlessness for another.

Our own personal commitment to being more emotionally intelligent with ourselves first is the road home to a community, nation and world of empowered and sovereign Hu-man beings.

RELATIONSHIPS THE EI WAY: Breaking The Ties That Bind

We both felt an immediate attraction and knew there was something worth exploring. That was the mutual feeling we had about each other the first time my ex and I locked eyes.
And what was my ex doing at the time? Being cradled in the lap of an ex! On querying this later I was told: ‘they were just good  friends…’
Yeah, right!

When the time comes, we publicly declare our intimate relationships null, void and very over. But women in particular are notorious for not knowing how to break up. Read: masochistically prolonging emotional suffering.

The all-consuming time, energy and pain of the process most of us put ourselves through when the end is nigh is often a spectacular drama of our own creation.  We direct our own many miserable scenes, until the moment we finally decide to bring that curtain down.

After all, how many times does it have to hurt seeing our ex partner involved with his/her new love before we are willing to let go and free ourselves?  Just like our ex has.

Making the physical departure out of someone’s life during a break-up has little bearing on the slow psychological departure back to emotional health each of us has to make. Unless, of course, you’ve gradually been making that departure for years under the radar while you’ve purportedly been ‘content’ in the relationship?

But whether you’re the dumper, the dumped or it’s a mutual arrangement, you cannot escape the process. If you’re the dumped, you’ll likely be in shock and denial initially.
From my own experience, I’ve realized ending an important, intimate relationship of whatever length means being willing to go through the five stages of loss – denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. But not necessarily in that order, because it’s always such a personal and individual process.
Be conscious of what you are feeling as often as you can, because getting stuck in any one of the stages could spell danger. If that’s the case, you’re likely unwilling or unable to move through the entire process towards your healing. And you may need some help at this point.

If you’re in a situation where one or both parties don’t possess enough emotional maturity to sit down and talk things through amicably, you may want to count this as a blessing instead. Why? Although more painful in the short run, in the long run this is far better for your de-cording process.
For your what?

I’ve come to understand that a third, very real energetic entity is forged when you enter a relationship with someone.  These are the energetic cords, the ties that bind us to each other. And due to its subtle but powerful influence, it is often the force that is the most difficult to dissolve. However, it is one that you need to begin dismantling as part of your quest to return you to you.

You may like to see them as invisible strands or fragments  of your own being or power that you gave away to your beloved.  During a relationship’s good times most women want nothing more than to be bound  as it produces the feeling of caring and being cared for.
But after it’s over, these are the cords that pull on you, creating the emotional pain when those charged feelings of longing, regret and past/future fantasizing, amongst others, come up for you.

An unhealthy symptom of cording post the relationship, though, is the all-consuming obsessive feelings it triggers.  Most humans feel incomplete within themselves. And cords are how we contract to ‘feeding’ each other psychically, emotionally and energetically. Though this agreement usually takes place unconsciously, it’s always a two-way street even if it appears differently to you. From a soul/Higher Self perspective, you wished to experience all you are.  When I’m working on dissolving  cords in my own life I constantly  see them as a separate but connected third entity, in existence both internally and externally.

De-cording is all about pulling back your own essence into you once again. Sometimes, it could be for the first time ever in your life, depending on your history before this. There are several ways to do this, but personally, I find the power of intention works the best and quickest for me.  Before I discovered this, it once took  me almost as long as the life of a relationship itself to fully release an ex, healing and freeing myself.

Years ago, someone who could actually see cordings between people said: ‘Imagine fine tubes criss-crossing between people currently in relationship, between the dead and the living and between ex-lovers. It’s like a zillion mini-highways constantly moving between humans’.  Even if you can’t see these, it doesn’t mean they’re not there, keeping you energetically fragmented until you decide you want to do something to retrieve those lost parts of yourself.

Of course, there’s always a payoff for not wanting to release/retrieve cords and holding onto the past. And clearly why so many do. Going into a memory of what was between the two of you – no matter how distorted you may have allowed time to recreate it – can still produce that warm, fuzzy inner glow.
You may find yourself years later and in another relationship still quietly pining for your old love.  Confirmation enough that the cord to that person was never properly released/retrieved when you originally parted company. Even though you entered a new relationship.

Not letting go is also a great mechanism for dealing  with hurt (or not dealing with it) by being automatically unavailable to vulnerability, and thus from further potential hurt.

And while I constantly encourage those I see to work with the ‘feeling is healing’ approach, sometimes the pain is just too overwhelming and some people do succumb to denial.  You know, ‘everything’s fine’ and ‘I’m totally over the relationship now’, etc. When this happens, as one psychologist puts it, the feelings have to come out ‘sideways’. This can result in all manner of denial symptoms from the start of addictive behaviour (drugs, gambling, fitness) to numerous escape tactics or mental disorders such as depression or anxiety.  In an attempt to numb out all feelings, you’re creating an extra load of issues that will also, sooner or later, need to be dealt with.

It is okay to allow and feel loneliness, sadness, anger and all those other emotions deemed ‘negative'. In fact, it really is the wisest way forward for your personal healing.
As spiritual teacher and author of The Seat of the Soul, Gary Zukav says: ‘your soul speaks to you in the language of emotions’.

[Mail me if you’d like me to share my intention formula on this with you]
